Black cats are the least adopted and most euthanized animals in the US today. The goal of the PCBCR website was to maximize black cat adoptions.
The first step in the UX design process was to discover the reasons for the low adoption rate through research. I conducted an online survey (not shown) and created a digital probe in an interactive pdf format. With the acquired information, I created personas, a site map, and user flows.
